Can anyone please help me with the above problem. I am trying to compress Friends Series 6 onto 3 DVDs. Episodes 1 - 8 worked fine.

Episode 16 is proving to be a real pain as eveytime I try to open it through TMPGEnc I get the message 'unable to initialize decoder'. Does anyone know why this message comes up on this specific episode?

I have searched various forums to no avail. Advice would be greatly appreciated.
