custom firmware update

i had a psp 1.5 and made the update for the 3.03 oe c and updated it and it was working good then the psp wouldnt charge.
firmware then 3.03 can i use this update and have custom firmware??? with all the funtionality?

Well any firmware can be downgraded now, you just need a copy of lumines for higer firmwares, and just a tip, 3.40oe-a is better than 3.03oe-c

no... i have a 2.81 psp i have the combined updates for when i had 1.50 can i use the update i already made and use it on the 2.81 and have it still work fully???

You need to get to 1.5 first. You can do it 2 ways:
GTA .
#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)

wow they are still using the gta exploit from like before? haha crazy. iono ive always had homebrew so i havent been up to date
