Hey, Ive had my jap version psp for about a month now, everything has been fine until now.....the battery died the other day...fair enought, i charged it over night but ,the next day it wouldnt turn on...so i started to charge it again and then the charge light went off...so i retried it..and after 5 mins the light went off again....so does this mean i need a new battery??
i tried 2 different chargers for the psp !
pls help...Maj P
Im new to this, please help!!

that's strange i've had my psp over a year and the battery never died, try borrowing a battery off someone to see if it is your battery

yea that seems to have worked...its wierd tho...cuz it went a bit wierd with a diff battery also!
Im new to this, please help!!

are the 2 battery's the same or are they different?

diff...my psp is jap and my nephews is american...his works in my psp n my battery does the same in his psp as it did on mine..i just ordered one of those double life batteries....
Im new to this, please help!!

Hey, what's this double life battery? How many mAh? Mind share a link?
#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe
Whatever happens, happens...

blackvamp check out ebay the battery last around 13hours it's 2600mah but i think there is bigger thou u put ur normal battery inside it and charge ur psp with the 2 of them

O I got that one. Official I believe is 1800mAh, last around 6 hours for me. (4th brightness, 1/3 sound with headphone, ISO). The 2600mAh one can't last more than 10 hours. Around 9.
#1: 2.81 -> 3.03 -> 3.11 DoH (no more :D)
#2: 1.00 -> 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c
#3: Ceramic white 1.5 -> 3.03oe-c -> 3.40oe

mine lasted 13hrs when i got it first an as with any battery starts to lose power after while in saying that i have the battery pack for the last year.

13 hours is impressive. I guess it depends on what you use it for. I'm on the go all the time, so long battery is a huge plus for me.
