I've been having a problem with lsass.exe

I had a virus or something a while ago and somehow lsass.exe got deleted. Now, everytime I start my copmuter, it comes up with a message saying it can't be found or is unaccessible. The copmuter will not start until I click ok. I checked in the system32 folder and it is there. I guess it got replaced.. but it still says it isnt found or is not accessible. What can I do to fix this? Also, everytime I restart my copmuter, the system32 folder opens. Any ideas how to fix this?

Your computer is infected with the Sasser Virus. Here's a removal tool:

Best to download Hijackthis ver. 1.99.1 from:
http://security-central.us/downloads/HJTsetup.exe
Save it to your Desktop. Double click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop. Run scan and save log then post it on Windows - Virus and spyware problems thread.
