I already downgraded, and updated to 3.40 oe-a. Do I still need the x.yz update and the 3.40 install or can I delete them? And also what else can I delete without harming my psp?

Yes you can. In fact, you can format the card if you want. (i would format it via the psp since it will recreate all main folders again.) but yeah...the update files are now longer needed.

Lol yes. I have a 1GB too.. If you format your memory stick it will create the necessary folders so you can run ISO's and homebrew without making the folders yourself.
