I'm going crazy here!

I cannot find where these carrier wholesale lots of phones are! I just emplyed 10 workers in my company and am looking for a lot of 10 phones. Nevermind Ebay, they are still too high for my blood.

Before Cingular was sold, there apparently used to be some auctions of phones up for sale. You could buy 5 to as much as you wanted / needed. Now, cingular is not around anymore.

Lemme give you the example I remember from last year.

-Moto V400 phones sold each @ about 100$
-Ebay sold each @ 80$ and you could get away for 50$ each in a lot.
-I remember seeing them selling at a cingular auction for like 20$ each if you bought the lot of 15-20 units.

Does anyone know where to find these lots? I promissed my workers that this will be done soon. I'm not looking to dish out too much money though!
