Hi all.
I have a new BIN file to download a software update onto my eurovox receiver. Should i be using a Null Modem cable or a standard serial. I have a standard RS232 serial cable but the laptop does not see the Eurovox. The Stairview box (a different amnfaucturer but same type of device)uses Null modem cable. Many thanks.

the null modem cable is used for both starview and eurovox.
