How come in the US, price dropped 100$, and in Canada, price dropped 150$? there isn't that much difference between both currencies, so why the big gap?

In Canada it didn't really drop $150.. What happened was at launch it was $659 and then it boosted to $699, so they put it back to launch and took $100 off.

I paid $751 after taxes for my PS3 at walmart. The day it dropped I returned to walmart and got $125.00 back. So I paid $626 for my PS3.
