Question about Breaker Pro v1.11 functions

I litteraly just got my breaker pro cd (after discovering swap magic does not work with PSX games) and noticed it has a menu item titled "Game Cheat". However, when I select this option it says "Not Available In This Version".... anyone know how to enable it? or why they put a non-functioning command into the CD? thanks for the help
