I recently bought this system:
--------------------------------------
-Processor Intel® Celeron® D Processor 356.3.33GHz,
512KB L2 Cache, 533MHz Front Side Bus
-Operating system installed
Genuine Windows Vista? Home Basic
------------------------------------------------
and I'm trying to install a Pioneer 111D burner
but when It's installed the PC won't make use of it,
The most I can do is open and shut the drive door.
It shows up in Bios, It shows up and is running
properly according to Device Manager, but I still
can't use it! The Device Manager does detect,
and I can use the stock lightscribe dvd burner
(HL-DT-ST DVDRRW GSA-H20L ATA DEVICE)that came
with the computer though.
PLEASE HELP.
