HELP!!!!!!! 3.40OE game could not be started!!!!!!!!! plz help

ok 2day i turn on my psp to go to irshell it goes into the program and then it says the game could not be started and it does that with every iso and homebrew app i try can you plz help this has never happened i have 3.40OE-A and it doesnt let me play homebrew SOOOOO PLZZ!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!

Go into revcovery mode and then go back to 1.5, and re-update
