Studio 9 Wrong Color Help

Hope that someone is able to help. I am new to this forum and need you help. I have Studio 9 vs9.4.3 and I am getting the wrong colors when converting from a tape through the capture procedure. The browns are turning to a red color to mention just one color. I hope this explanation tell you my problem. It has been several months since I used Studio 9 and I never had this problem before. It is very noticeable. Would upgrading to Studio 11 help?
