1) Last night I was playing my PS3 and it is firmware 1.82 with the black background. I played it today and it's still firmware 1.82 but now with a green background which I had from firmware 1.52. How and why did it change?
2) I'm playing Call Of Duty 3 online and I am having trouble telling which ones are the bad guys. Can someone help me tell the difference?

1.The background color changes by time of day and by seasons and months nothing big
2. when playing COD3 your team will have chevrons above their head the opposing side will not. on your team their are three levels(one chevron level one, two chevrons level two and etc.
L1.<10 points
L2. 10-30( i think or is it 20?)
L3. 30+ or 20+

Same issue with almost any FPS, hell it still happens to me in CS.
