Certain type of .wmv file acting very weird....HELP!

I started out with a 700 mb average Divx movie, a Borat Rip my me.

I then came across a batch file that would convert all of my divx and .avi movies into 360 format. As soon as I found out that only wmv's would work on 360, I started ripping in .wmv format.....but that didnt help me with my .avi files. So i used the .batch file to convert the movies i had to .wmv format.

Everything worked fine, I could play the files in WMP, on my xbox 360, and in VLC perfectly.

I THEN tried to burn the new .wmv files that i converted. (to a dvd) WHenever i burned the movie, my sound didnt play on my dvd player. With alot of troubleshooting, I found the Problem. The audio seems to be corrupt. When I open the .wmv files in Sony vegas 7.0, Sony dvd architect 4.0 and sony acid 6.0, the audio tracks show nothing on them. The movies still play in ALL of my media players fine, but Audio cannot be detected by any DVD burner software or sony software.

Here's What the batch file contains:

"c:\vlc\vlc" -vvv %1 --sout-ffmpeg-qscale 1 :sout=#transcode{vcodec=WMV2,scale=1,acodec=wma,ab=96,channels=2}:duplicate{dst=std{access=file,mux=asf,dst=%1.wmv}}

Please help me, it would be very much appriciated :)
