I've tried, Burn At Once, CDRWIN, Alcohol, all give me errors. I could burn over 700mb with my DVR-105 at home, but when I took it out and brought it to my computer at my dorm, it doesn't work. I can burn files under 700mb but nothing over it. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

1. Make/model of the burner
2. Firmware update? ASPI?
3. Dont use Neroi 6.0015 or 5.5.10.50... both have overburning issues that have been addressed.

1. I have a Pioneer DVR-105
2. I went to the Pioneer website for new drivers but they didn't have any for the DVD-R drives. Should I update my firmware though? I got the ASPI drivers from goldenhawk (CDRWIN) but I don't know what else I need.
3.Nero works for me but if the file is more than 700mb it'll give me an error and not start burning.

Okay I reinstalled the Goldenhawk ASPI drivers and I could burn with BurnAtOnce. But then I tried to burn a second disc and it doesn't work again. I even tried burning the same cue again and it still doesn't work. What would cause this?

1. You can check your version info by going Help --> About
2. Wasnt the DVR105 identified with some issues? I dont remember. Consider going to your manufactuter's website and/or flashing the bios.

Okay I got CDRWIN to recognize the ASPI drivers but now it says that my CDROM doesn't support the cue sheet. Anyone know what to do?

I take it you are using CDRWIN3? In general, it wont be a big deal. Make sure you are using the latest version. http://www.cd-rw.org/software/cdr_software/cdr_applications/cdrwin.cfm

Ya well... CDRWIN3 isnt exactly for burning generic stuff... it's a highly specialized program made for just image burning. Try CDRWIN5 out if you cant get BurnAtOnce to work. :-)

1. The CDRWIN5 website is officially http://cdrwin.info/ but i think its defunct now
2. You might want to try Discjuggler (which is made by the same company as CDRWIN5 and is what CDRWIN5 is based on). It might be a little overwhelming tho hehe. http://www.padus.com/products/discjuggler.php
3. For a more readily accessible and easy proggie to use that can handle cd images, grab Alcohol120: http://cd-rw.org/software/cdr_software/cdr_tools/alcohol120.cfm
