im gunna empty my psp and totally redesign my whole shell but i need an idea of like a way to hold my umd door in... as im going to take out my screen cradle as that has the umd clip on it
i dont follow... are you saying your going to mold yourself a new psp shell? or your just looking for a new way to open and close your umd doors?
you know what i think would be cool (doubt you could make it tho) is a slot for the disc to slide in (without the umd casing) sort of like how the discs slide in the nintendo wii.
its possible, me and my dad are working on the specs....
yeh we are making a totally new case using vacuum forming only a proto case then we'll probably make the case out some other plastic
also we are working on REAL armour thats 0.5" metal, because the fake polycarbonate cracked when dropped from waist high
but that idea that you said is pure genius... you ha ve actually helped us... we figured that to do that idea we would need to tilt the Umd drive forward after we took of the door and cage, but yeh we removed the bottom screws and put 1" spacers to wedge it, looks cool, but when we get the case made, we could have a very interesting mod
case seems to be a tad small so i need to resize but unfortunatly im on holiday on friday for a week so wont be back till the following friday sorry, i cant w8 till i get back then i can post pics but i have to put my psp back together for now... will post pics when get back
