I have patch 3.51(i know, im stupid), but if they ever do relese a downgrader for it, and any patches above it, or future patches.. A.) Would there be any downgrade that would work with my MB?(TA-082)
B.) Would i be able to use 3.40 OE-A, or B CFW?

There already is a downgrader for 3.51 afaik. Check n00bz. it's like http://www.n00bz.co.uk or something.
