need help with installing GTA SA with out cd

i got the installer of GTA SA from my friend and then i installed it,then i tryed getting the no cd patch for the game, i got it and then i used poweriso and unrared it and did all this stuff. so pretty much i did all the things i need to to get the game so i could play it, like the final stage. so finaly i was there ready to play and it says im missing a file called vorbisfile.ddl, and so then i downloaded it off http://worldspace.berlios.de/ftp/Mingw32_Librerias/dll/ so pretty much i want to know what im going to have to do to get it to work!
