How to burn xbox 360 games if XBOX360 SS Merger 1.5o doesnt work

Is there way i can use another program besides XBOX360 SS Merger 1.5o to patch my games, cuz it doesnt work wit my computer

Xbox Backup Creator is the easiest way in my opinion, it does all the reading and patching, you dont need to do anything seperately.

So I don't need the ss merger program to merge the stealth patch with the iso file.

If you use Xbox Backup Creator, you dont need to use any other program, just read the original using the program, and write it using the same program, it will automatically insert the insert the ss and other security files into the iso when reading the disk, so you dont need to do anything.

Can anyone help me because I can not get any program ss merger backup creator or anything to work i need a really good walkthrough on it
