Help unlock (subsity code) Cingular Moto C139 ??

I checked eBay and they want $25 for subsity code... too rich for my blood. I want to try the C139 on Net10 (and they already sent me their SIM card but I need a subsity code and all I have is a prepaid account with Cingular(AT&T) and they're not being too helpful...
IMEI is 01098300849976

I'm trying www.wirelessunlocking.com (for $7) but no answer yet, does anyone have any experience (good or bad) with them? Is this a ripoff?

Also does anyone know how to find description of the algorithym for deriving a subsity code given the provider, phone make/model and IMEI? If I can get that info, I can write some Windows tools and share them...
