7.GBMOD (Gameboot Path Modifier)
For those of you who dont know what a gameboot is it is basically the .pmf file you see when u start an application or game. THis is a program that will allow u to modify the gameboots location so instead of reading from the flash0 it will read straight from the root of your memory stick! leading to no bricking! This allows you to put your own .pmf file here of your choice!NOTE: this only works for 3.03OE-C and may cause damage to other firmwares
2. when finished download open it and you should see 2 files a folder and a .txt file.
3. drag the GBMOD folder to your psp games folder.
4. now download the second link (opening_plugin.prx)
5. now move this file to your PSP folder where your music, photos etc are.
6. now go to your game section on your psp and load up GBMOD.
7. the application will load in 10 seconds so just wait
8. after it will ask you if u want to redirect click X to continue
9. after that is done your all set to load your own pmf file.
10. Now you can always search on google to find a custom .pmf gameboot of your choice but i have kindly given you a link to custom gameboots so click on that and choose the gameboot that you when your satisfied with the one you want take the .pmf file and drag it to the root of your psp memory stick and make sure the name of the file is spelled like this
gameboot.pmf
11. there u thats all there is too it just load your game and if the gameboot did not work and when u find one that does work there u go all set but if u dont want this any more just load GBMOD again and your gameboot will return back to the psp sony logo one.
