I get "??? filename ???" whenever I try to add a .d2v file with VFAPIRC. any idea as to what I'm doing wrong?

Do you mean that VFAPIConvert doesn't open AVI.cfm" class="forum_link" target="_blank">DVD2AVI files?

this is what I get when I click on the .d2v file after I click add jobs. It is the program that was linked to in the dvd2divx guide.

Few options:

You might have used AVI.cfm" class="forum_link" target="_blank">DVD2AVI 1.82 which does have problems with compatibility with VFAPI -- you should use 1.76 or 1.84 instead.

VFAPIConvert might not be able to read from the network drive.

Oh ok...thanks, I'll try with an older version of DVD2AVI. I was using 1.82. Thanks for the help. Very fast reply also.:)
