HI ALL PRETTY NEW TO ALL THIS STUFF BUT JUST BOUGHT STARVIEW PVR BOX EVERTHING IS FINE EXCEPT I CAN NOT GET ANY ITV1 CHANNELS INCLUDING MY OWN REGION ULSTER TV I CAN NOT GET RTE1 RTE2 OR TG4 AND WE SHOULD BE GETTING THEM AS WELL HERE IM IN BELFAST CAN ANYBODY HELP THANK YOU
