I know this question has been answered before, but I've read a bunch of threads, and I can't seem to locate a solid answer.

I have a Thinkpad T40p. It comes with both s-video and VGA output.

My HDTV (1366x768 resolution) has composite, component, s-video, VGA, DVI, and HDMI inputs.

What connectivity option would give me the best image quality?
