Hello! I have been using Shrink for a couple of months now and I had no problem with it until today. When I rip DVDs the output files used to be 720x480 in frame size but just today they came out 352x576. How do I correct this? Please help.

Sounds like a PAL DVD of some kind.
I expect that the likes of Nero Vision could convert it to NTSC.

It's really strange because from what I know there's just a slight difference between NTSC and PAL resolutions, NTSC being 720x480 pixels while PAL 720x576 pixels. What I'm getting is 352x576 pixels so the narrow ends are the top and bottom that the screen shot looks like a tall drinking glass. Anyway, I'll download Nero Vision and see what happens. Thanks.
