Will the PS3 be able to read the soon to be realeased 4x,8x,10x Blu-Ray discs.
&
Will the Xbox 360 HD-DVD player be able to read the soon to be realeased 4x,8x,10x HD-DVDs.

No blue laser diode on the market has enough power or stamina to record beyond 4X at the moment. That limits high definition recording to 4X at the most for the moment.
