a lot of channells not working so i done a factory reset and then a rescan and my box froze,even when i unplug from mains it is still stuck in menu.it is a regular starview box flashed with 2.57.any help please,thank you.

u are better off upgrading to v4.00e
I know u said its a reg starview, did u make sure its not a clone ?
I suggest factory reset again.
than flash it with the v4 ( only for genuine starviews)
get back if your still stuck...
