lets see who can be the first person..probably in the world to take a hard drive and make it run like a 360 and put it onto an original xbox...in a nutshell who can make the original xbox and turn it into a 360 with out buying any processors or dvd drives
just mod a hard drive to be a 360 hdd and put it into an original xbox so is anyone up to the challenge

This will never happen. How can essentially an 8 year old computer with a single processor replicate what a brand new multi processor system does? Come on. The xbox struggles with 1080i settings for a dashboard with xbmc how can it handle high def games?

That's the stupidest crap I've ever heard!

You'd need to buy all new parts which would cost in excess of a new 360 console, never mind a secondhand one.

Then, magically, you would have to break the encryption on their software and alter it to run on your hybrid machine.

Then you want to install it into one of the ugliest exterior cases ever developed!?

You should write to Microsoft and ask them for a job! They'd love you...
