I'm new at this so I don't know if I'm in the right forum. If not, please direct to the correct one.

I'd like to know how, if I can, capture a video from online to put on a disc? It's not copyrighted material. I can email it but, I'd also like to put it on a CD or DVD. When I bring it up to play, it comes in Windows Media Player. I right clicked, but it didn't give me any options. I just want to know if there is a way to capture the video and audio. Thanks. Eli
