This was found by bstronga, so all credit goes to him. Also, there is a GUI app made by takeshi which makes this easier, but it's not mine so I'm not going to distribute it. You can, however, find it here. Post #78 by .RCVA. (Thank you kindly, sir.)

You must decrypt paf.prx and edit it. It will go from 818kb encrypted to 2.15MB decrypted, so make sure you have enough room. If you don't, just delete everything inside of f0:/dic and dummy your font.
