For the jist of my problem, skip the big paragraph.

First of all, I need to come clean and admit that I am a complete idiot. I bought a Xeno chip for my V15 SCPH-77001 PS2. I planned to install it myself since I did the same with a PS1 chip with no problems. I did a little research on the subject, but it was not nearly enough. Not even close. On my first attempt I ended up with what seemed like a broken PS2. I took out the chip and later found out that I just damaged some wires which were easily fixed/replaced. It was working again and the genius that I am decided to try the install again. I'm not a solderng expert and I ended up tearing off a BIOS pad (pad N in the picture below). I managed to get it to stick back down where it belongs so I unsoldered everything. It still worked. Well I tried it again but the thing wouldn't stay down but I did manage to connect it to the mod-chip wire. I ended up with a spinning disk and fan but a black screen. I removed the wires again and now I have sound, but no video.

Here's a summary:

PS2 V15 SCPH-77001
Xeno Mod Chip
Tore off BIOS pad N and a little bit of the metal strip on the PCB
Audio, no video.

So is there anything I can do or am I completely screwed?
