Does any1 know when the 3.51 downgrader is coming out or if there even is one coming out. cause i searched it and some people say Noobz is coming out with 1 and some people say Noobz isnt. so does any1 know?

All we can do is wait and see; unless someone here has connections with noobz or another hacking team, the release date is uncertain.

Keep hope though, 3.51 will be hacked just like all the other firmwares.

They said they aren't going to be working on a 3.51 downgrader so he's out of luck until Sony releases some more updates, then they might get at 'ER again.
