Does TDK work on ps2?

I was wondering if any of you guys got TDK media to work, or is that junk too?

I know I have some DVD+R TDK movies and they work fine on divx player, but not ps2.

PS2's are a bit funny when it comes to media. They may work and they may not. There is not a yes or no answer.
Like TDK is all my friend ever uses and they work fine for him. Yet his games will have audio/video problems if you try to play them on my system. I would try Verbatim first as they are a better quality media. But if you already have the TDK just burn one and test it. If they are +R nad your burner can booktype media then set it to burn the DVD+R as a DVD-Rom and it will help with compatibility.

just to be on the safe side get 8x media with verbatim or taiyo yuden dvd-r or dvd+r if u can booktype to dvd-rom like stated above and burn at 4x.
