how do i get custom icons on my 3.40 oea

There is 2 ways to solve this.
1)Use this magic PSP help guide ((Yes it is really magic))
2)Put your PSP in the microwave and post the video on youtube and it will be perfect.

First of all i am not responsible for any damage you cause to your psp due to doing something wrong. You need to make a backup of your flash0 before doing any of this. First off you need to get the custom icon pack you want. Make sure they are for 3.40oe-a though [should tell in the readme]. If they are not for 3.40oe-a you will need to run them an icon converter. Next you will need to plug your psp up to your computer with a usb cable. Then boot into recovery mode and go to toggle flash0 [should be in advanced config. or something like that]. Then you need to pull up your psp on your computer and go into the vsh folder, then into the resource folde inside. Now you'll need to drag the files [topmenu_plugin,etc.] into the folder. When it asks if you want to replace them say yes. Exit out of recovery mode and you should have a customized PSP. Good luck =]

i cant do it, i have gone to recovery mode and i enabled usb but it isnt coming up on my computer

It's Flash0. And if you mess anything up, you'll have to download the files back via a torrent.
