I have been getting advertisement pop ups (the exact same ones) and strange pop up messages during normal internet activity such as checking my mail. I so AVG , Search and destroy, and adaware se scans on a regular basis and have not had problems for a while now so this is bothering me. Here is the hijack this log, please let me know what you think the problem is.

Well, it's been three days since I posted and things with the computer are only getting worse. I realize people that can help with these sorts of things can't answer all questions at the same time, so I'm wondering if anyone could at least point me in the right direction for another site where they answer a little quicker, but are just as trustworthy as the good people of Afterdawn.
