I was wondering if the new version of the ps2 will be compatible with swap magic 3.6 with the magic key sets. The model # is SCPH-79001CB if that helps. I know that it said up to v16 compatiblity, but since this is a new model I wasn't sure if it was.

yes it is you just have to use the tool to push down the two triggers taht alert the game that the lid has been open.. swap magic works great..
