It might be bricked, or it might be a technical fault with the battery or the charger, i advise to check with the shop you bought from, just try it with different battery and charge, and keep it on the charge so the battery charge before turning it on.. it might work

this guy is soo lucky because his uncle works at sony and one day his uncle toook the magic battery home and made his own one and put it back, and from the battery he made, he had given it to him and one day i was soo pissed because i bricked my psp, and then i had found out bout him from a friend, we both sent out bricked psp's to him and got it unbricked and he sent it back to us and we were soo haps, and he asked for 30 pounds but thats nothing compared to what we had to do. thats why u see me asking people to sell there bricked psp's to me. and the craziest thing was that i had 3.40 O-EA and my friend bricked his while upgrading to 3.52 from 3.51 and he accidently turnt it off when it was updating and when we got it back both firmware were 1.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No sure what you are trying to get at but... just few words of warning. Don't try to get people to send their bricked psp to you. It won't work and you get banned for that. If you want to buy bricks, use ebay.

You indicate the address when you pay via paypal. Certain sellers only allow varified address, meanning the address of your credit card
