I have a fat PS2 with the Independance Exploit, but I do not have a HDD to run games from. Is there a file that would allow me to run PS1/2 games from the 8 GB USB drive I have?

Sure. There is USBExtreme and USBAdvance. You can get both here.

What disk format will USBAdvance read? I have ISOs, but they are not found on the USB drive.
