First, My friend and I are both going to mod our wiis with the wiikey. Can we burn one Wiikey Install Disc and use it on both wiis?

Second, Can I burn it onto a DVD+RW...because I have a few of those and I'd rather use them and erase the data after instead of wasting one of my maxell dvd-r.

Yep.

I would not suggest using RWs. But if it works on your Wii then go ahead.
