What is the best cheat device for 3.03 OE-C?

Yup, that's what I'm running, and I haven't come across an easy-to-understand guide for installation for my FW. Anyone know what's the best one for my system?

If you haven't get it from here. Then follow these instructions:

1-copy the folders under MS_ROOT in your memory stick ROOT (which is the main folder not the PSP folder)
2-power up your psp while pressing R
3-Select plugins
4-Press X over cwcheatpops.prx [POPS] it will say ENABLED
5-Press X over cwcheat.prx [GAME] it will say ENABLED
6-exit recovery and enjoy

Now, when you install it, do you have to press L+Up to activate it? Cause I'm having no luck.

BTW, how come the files I download have a file named MS_ROOT, while the one on the memory stick is named MP_ROOT?

MP_ROOT is a whole different thing. You put it in the mem. stick root. Thats the white space you see as soon as you click on the removable drive. And try holding down both volume buttons at the same time or holding down select in-game. Let me know how it goes.
