I ran the easy install you provided the link for here:

Installed it after I hooked up my PSP...I went to my Game Tab in MY PSP...

and Got two Options...3.40 OE-A Firmware Install and a Corrupt File Below it???

What is the Corrupt file...I Formatted my Memory Stick Duo and Set back to default settings before installing this as well...

Should I worry about the corrupt file or just load up the 3.40 OE-A Firmware Install??

Don't worry about the corrupt file; it's how the PSP-Dev team allowed homebrew to be run on 1.50 systems. Just boot up your 3.40 OE-A installer file and follow the directions, you'll be fine.
