i keep seeing back up your files in case of a brick but i dont know how to back them up. ne help?

secondly, when i go to recovery and enable usb but it wont work?

Go to recovery mode and then go to Advanced.

Click on Toggle USB flash0. Copy (NOT CUT, COPY) all of these files into a flash0 folder onto your computer hard drive. Click on Toggle USB flash0 again to disable the usb connection.

Click on Toggle USB flash1. Copy all of these files into a flash1 folder onto your computer hard drive. Click on Toggle USB flash1 again to disable the usb connection.

Congratulations, your flash files are backed up.
