Yo, i got a windows 2000 here it's pretty dumpy but i use it cause it's in my room and i don't have to walk into the cold basement. any ways. i have 2 problems but this is the most important of the 2. So i have a 2wire homeportal and i have a 2wire usb wifi to my win 2000 computer. lately my connection is just dropping every 20min or so. the strange thing is my 2wire wireless client doesnt report that anything happened to the conenction while the connection dropped i ran all the diagnostics
(communication with nic,check ip, association, and other networks) every thing comes up fine but no internet using porgrams work. aim doesn't work or mozilla and i get very slow speeds on my torrents now to due constant stop and go. So if u could plz help me out i would appreciate it.

Also that 2md problem is my sisters toshiba laptop running xp isnt connection to the internet. here ip address was set to something differnt than what my router thought it was so i manually changed it to connect with the router i ran some connection doctor buildt into the computer but it says no problems found but nothing works. so its kind of the same problem only hers doesnt work at all and mine does
