hey my friend has a 3.51 firmware and he asked me if he could upgrade it to the 3.51 m33-7 and i told him i didnt think so, but i would check. So if anyone out there could give me an answer that would be great thanks!!

Sorry, you're friend can't upgrade to a custom firmware right now.

Actually... Team M33 has cracked the NEW Firmware 3.52 in less than 24 hours, so it looks like it can be done!

Still won't help him any. You can't upgrade directly to custom firmware from offical firmware. Gotta go throught 1.5, which he cannot do at the moment.

Highly unlikely. As soon as someone stumple upon an exploit, a downgrader will soon follow.
