I'm so new to PSP i shine bright white light... :D

Got my PSP flashed to M33-6 and happy, question is if i setup network to my router wont my PSP go and update automatically to "proper" newest version ? Like 3.52 official ? I dont want that...

Plus, is there a way to stream video via wireless from my pc (avi's, xvids, divxs) to psp while realtime encoding to psp acceptable format ? Meaning i can (or cant) watch my anime and movies while in bed, but having all the stuff on pc in other room ? and not having to reencode beforehand... ???
