Need some help for custom xmb for 3.40 OE-A

Im not totally sure how to make my own, I know I need a converter to make the 3.30 ones to 3.40 but all the links ive seens are broken :/ so I cant get hold of the program. If someone has the program can you upload it please.

Ill say what im actually doing,

I downlaoded GANT_Working_Theme and 303_to_340
i moved the topmenu_plugin.rco from gant~ to 303~ then used thr US_upgrade~
it made a new file topmenu_plugin.bak which i put on desktop and changed it .xxx to .rco and put that back in GANT_Working_Theme folder,
then i moved impose_plugin.rco, system_plugin_fg.rco and the new topmenu_plugin.rco to Vsh>Resource folder on the psp using the enable usb flash0 in recovery menu.

when i exit the menu it boots up with the new intro screen then it freezes just before it puts up the icons, i get time and date in top right corner but nothing else.

im new to change psp stuff so im not sure if what im going is right, if anyone can shed some light it woudl be greatful
