Need APEX AD-1200 Help/BAD

I did a bad thing. I put the set up on the screen of my APEX 1200 and thought just by switching from NTSC to PAL that would work.
Yeah I know....................
OMG...all In get is ROLLING...& More rolling I have tried everything. I know I need to switch it back to NTSC but how do I do that? I have the remote & I can access the set up, but with all the rolling it is impossible to tell what to click on and what I am looking at? any ideas?thanks
