Samsung u740 voicemail setup verizon wireless

I just recently got my u740 and today I was trying to setup my voicemail box. I did the *86 thing on my u740 and it said "Your feature update could not be completed. If you feel you have reach this recording in error check your number and try again." Does anyone know how to fix this or should I contact Verizon costumer support.
