i have an xbox 360 and my guitar hero keeps freezing everytime i attempt to play it, it gets to the loading screen and it just freezes, disk is not scratched at all

is it a backup or original, cause my backup freezes but my need for speed done this also. I went and bought a disk cleaner ( for the drive )
and stuck the cleaning disk in the 360 2 mins later bye bye freezing ( dont know how it helps but i did lol )
