i need a program that lets me make dvd menus and add mpeg, mpg, avi, wmv, etc. video files to play, like Nero. But i also need it to be able to go to a secret menu if i press certain buttons on my remote EX: up down left right left left right left. Is there something like this? please help.
You probably need one or more software to do this. Use some conversion software to convert source files (avi, wmv, etc.) to DVD. ConvertXtoDVD is one of them that can create a simple menu.
As for the secret menu, you have to create this on your own and have the main menu goes to this secret menu after pressing the right sequence of buttons. DvdLab Pro comes to mind. With it, drag the files (mpg, DVD files) to an asset bin. Then might as well recreate the main menu and the secret menu. In the main menu, add invisible buttons with restricted directional links that if the right sequence is entered, it will lead to the secret menu. As for the last sequence of invisible buttons, make it auto activated, else you have to press Enter for it to go to the secret menu. Also, if the wrong sequence is entered at any time, make it default to go back to one of the visible buttons. Otherwise, you will be stuck in the maze if you're testing this in settop player.
